Pre-team

PREP FOR TEAM GYMNASTICS.
A prerequisite class for the young gymnast who dreams of joining our performance troupe or competitive team. Gymnasts develop the focus and discipline essential for skill progression, technique refinement, and integration of routines.
- Length: 80 minutes/2 days per week
- Prerequisite: By placement evaluation only

Performance Troupe
- Junior Division: Ages 6-10 years
- Senior Division: Ages 9-15 years
WHERE GYMNASTICS MEETS THE STAGE.
In this non-competitive setting, intermediate to advanced athletes take their skills beyond traditional artistic gymnastics. Following the USA Gymnastics TEAMGYM Group Performance Guidelines, gymnasts combine music interpretation and dance choreography to perform a synchronized group floor program in addition to solo routines on all four events.
Athletes develop artistry, confidence, stage presence, and performance skills in an environment of teamwork and collaboration. This multi-day program is designed for athletes who love to perform and want to experience the excitement of working together toward something bigger than themselves.
- Junior Division will incorporate skills similar to XCEL Bronze & Silver.
- Senior Division will incorporate skills similar to XCEL Gold & Platinum.
- Length: 2 hours/2 days per week
- Commitment: October through June

at the Evolution Sports Gymnasium. - Prerequisite: 1 year in Pre-team or by placement evaluation

Ready to reach for excellence? Ready to go to competitions with your team? This program provides structured, goal-driven training for athletes ready to take their gymnastics to the next level… and the arena.
Athletes work towards skill mastery while developing strength, flexibility, skill execution consistency, discipline, and resilience. The competitive team gymnastics program provides gymnasts with the focused training and high level coaching support necessary to pursue gymnastics at a competitive level.
