THEIR FIRST ADVENTURE STARTS WITH YOU.
A joyful first movement experience for babies and their caregivers. Through tummy time, rolling, reaching, crawling, and gentle gymnastics activities, little ones explore early mobility, balance, and body awareness at their own pace. It’s the perfect opportunity to play, bond, and celebrate those exciting first milestones in a safe environment under the encouragement of our expert certified coaches.

An active introduction to gymnastics movement for toddlers and their grown-ups. Little athletes climb, jump, balance, and maneuver through obstacle challenges to practice coordination, develop spatial awareness, and navigate new movements with confidence.

A MUSICAL WONDERLAND FOR LITTLE ONES
AND THEIR GROWN-UPS.
An engaging introduction to rhythm, melody, and movement designed for curious toddlers alongside their grown-ups. Through singing and hands-on musical play, children develop memory, coordination, and early communication skills. Each class focuses on self-expression while helping little ones learn to follow patterns, find the beat, and discover the joy of making music.

Preschool Gymnastics & Ninja

Your preschooler will balance, tumble, jump, and climb their way through a maze of kid-friendly gymnastics equipment and active play obstacle courses designed to build strength and agility. Each class gives your youngster the chance to have fun in a safe, structured environment – challenge themselves to learn new skills they need in the gym – and for life.
Through structured activities, obstacle courses, apparatus work, and imaginative movement, children build:

This fun and energetic class turns music into playful learning. Little ones explore musical patterns and develop skills that extend beyond the studio.
- Songs encourage listening, verbal skills and language development.
- Movement and use of instruments promote coordination and confidence.
- Music strengthens numerical, and spatial skills - making the connection between beat, rhythm, and the foundations of math.
