Foundations

Perfect for first-time gymnasts, this class sparks a love of the sport while developing coordination and building confidence in a fun and supportive environment. This is the right place to build the strong “foundation” that sets them up for an amazing gymnastics journey!

Novice
- Ages 5+
NO PRESSURE. NO COMPARISON. JUST PROGRESS.
Welcome to the second stop in your child’s rewarding gymnastics journey! This is the right place for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready coaches to spot them and take their skills to the next level.
Gymnasts develop new skills across all four events while developing balance and body control. Straight legs and pointed toes, please! Classes are structured to challenge each athlete while keeping the experience fun, encouraging, and rewarding.

Intermediate
- Ages 6+
READY TO TAKE YOUR SKILLS FURTHER?
In the third step of your athlete’s journey, Intermediate level is designed for athletes who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready for more. Using carefully designed skill progressions and individualized challenges, gymnasts build consistency with walkovers, turns, handstands, pullovers, and introductory vault skills.
Intermediate (Level 3) focuses on improving flexibility and building the strength needed to achieve more complex skills.
Choose intermediate if your child has mastered beginner skills but is not yet consistently performing unassisted handsprings or advanced apparatus skills.
Skills may include: FLOOR: Front & back walkovers ▪ BEAM: handstands, half turns & pivot turns ▪ BARS: chin-up pullovers, back hip circles & low-bar dismounts ▪ VAULT: handstand flatbacks (using mat vault).
- Length: 80 minutes
- Prerequisite: By placement evaluation only

REACHING FOR EXCELLENCE.
For experienced gymnasts who have a strong technical foundation and are excited to “try everything” under the guidance of our expert coaches. Athletes are encouraged to push beyond what they thought they could do while developing the discipline, resilience, and determination that gymnastics teaches so well.
Skills may include: Front & back handsprings • Beam cartwheels & full turns • Squat-ons & advanced high-bar work • Round-offs & front handsprings on the table.
- Length: 80 minutes
- Prerequisite: By placement evaluation only

Advanced Tumbling
Serious tumbling for cheerleaders ready to wow the crowd and experienced gymnasts looking to elevate their floor passes. Athletes will learn to build POWER with body control, air awareness and clean precision. There is a strong emphasis on consistency through skill progressions and element connections.
- Length: 80 minutes
- Gymnastics-appropriate attire required
- Prerequisite: Placement Evaluation
